This privacy policy applies to the app "Kipp Tower" by Tumblewick Games ("we").

What data we process
We do not run user accounts and do not collect names, addresses, email addresses or similar personal details. Your game progress (coins, level, unlocked items, records) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
The Google services built into the app process the following data:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Purpose: Showing ads (rewarded videos, full-screen ads) that finance the app, as well as measurement and fraud prevention.
Data: The device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address and the approximate location (country/region) derived from it, interactions with ads, and diagnostic and performance data of the ads SDK (for example crash logs, start-up time).
Google Firebase Analytics (usage analysis)
Purpose: Understanding how the app is used (for example which game modes are played, when rounds end) in order to improve it.
Data: Usage events in the app (for example round started, mode chosen), a random app-instance identifier, and rough device and app information.
No data that identifies you directly (name, email, phone number) is collected. You can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in the Android settings.
Legal basis
In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we process this data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the consent form of the app. Analytics only starts after you have answered it.
Transfers to third countries
Google also processes data outside your country, including in the USA. Google relies on the safeguards provided by the European Commission. You can find details in Google's privacy information:
Consent (EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland)
On first start the app shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) where the law requires it at your location. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the shield icon at the top right of the main menu.
Children
The app is not aimed specifically at children under 13 and does not ask for age information. The ad setting is limited to "PG" (general audience).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and withdrawal of your consent. Because we do not store personal data ourselves, these rights mainly concern the data processed by Google. Please contact Google or us at the address above. You can also reset the advertising ID or switch off personalised ads in the Android system settings (Privacy, Ads).
Changes
We may adjust this policy when the app or the built-in services change. The current version is available at the address given in the Play Store listing.
